This notice applies to the vtezero website and explains how visitors’ personal data are processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Contact, demo and partnership requests

We process the identification details, professional contact information and information about your company and project that you enter in forms to respond to your request. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the request; other fields are optional. Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data in your message.

If you start a conversation, we process your name, optional email address, messages, dates and conversation identifier to provide assistance and answer your questions.

Browsing data, internal statistics and security

The server processes IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, referring websites, browsers and operating systems. Geographic information may be derived from the IP address. These data help deliver and protect the website and produce internal statistics without third-party analytics cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

We respond to requests and take pre-contractual steps at your initiative (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Security, abuse prevention and internal analysis of website operation rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Marketing and optional services requiring consent depend on separate, withdrawable consent (Article 6(1)(a)); submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

The contact form is used for demo and partnership requests. It does not include a newsletter or marketing subscription. The appointed Data Protection Officer is Avv. Daniela Guidi, who can be contacted at the address above.

No optional third-party services are currently configured.

Retention

Personal data are retained only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, handling requests and complying with applicable legal obligations. Data no longer needed are deleted or anonymised. Cookie and local-storage lifetimes are listed in the cookie policy.

Recipients and transfers

Only authorised staff and technical, hosting, communications and website-maintenance providers may access data as needed for the stated purposes and under appropriate contractual arrangements. Data are not publicly disseminated. Competent authorities may receive data where required by law.

Where processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR apply, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You may request information about these safeguards using the contact details in this notice.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where provided by the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante) or your competent supervisory authority.
